The photo files that you upload to Shoot The Frame need to fit a few criteria. The purpose of this is to ensure the photos look great on the STF platform, and to make sure we don’t have massive files which take a long time to load on the platform.
Please see the criteria below:
- The photo file must be a .jpg or .jpeg
- The size of file must be above 1mb
- The size of the file must be below 5mb
- The photo file must be at least 1140px on the shortest side
Resizing your photos
If you need to resize your photos, there are many ways to do this, mostly with 3rd party software. Some paid, some free. There is a small list of software below that you can use to resize a photo, or if you ‘google’, you are bound to find something online to help you.
